Aha Moments…

Losing my Dad

When my dad passed away, a personal life change manifested as one of those deep soul searching times in life. A time that stirred a gut wrenching awakening, forcing me to realize that the United States is not in fact a government, but instead a subcontracted foreign government service provider, contracted through “constitutions” and all State of State agencies are corporate fictions, franchises of the U.S. Federal (contracted) subcontractor. Digging deeper to “know more” i learned that the United States is a bankrupt foreign corporation (the de fact0), impersonating the De jure American Government, which led to awareness that the De jure organic American government, the Republic, went dormant after the Civil War and U.S. subcontractors never gave full disclosure to the American people about the American republic dormancy.

As the rabbit hole went deeper, it became evident that foreign owned and operated corporations are using interlocking trusts, set up to enslave people through Fraud, and Non-disclosure, using Unlawful Conversion, Personage, Counterfeiting, Usury, False Claims in Commerce, Racketeering, Coercion, Entrapment, False Imprisonment without conviction, Inland Piracy, Kidnapping, Conspiracy against the Constitutions, Treason and other malevolent national and international crimes while these U.S. and State of State foreign agencies operate under color of law.

Comprehending People vs. Persons or PERSONS

i came to realize a key element is the difference between living people and corporate fictitious persons (personas).

Living people have unalienable rights and Persons (personas) are offered benefits and privileges (civil rights, fictional rights) granted by foreign U.S. government service providers.

Persons (fictions) have no rights and can be treated like a “thing” instead of being respected as a living man or woman.

If one does not exercise their rights, it is the same as not having any.

Comprehending People vs. Corporations

Commercial “governmental service” corporations are non-living (2D) entities merely existing on paper, yet seeking to simulate a 3D existence. Profit and control are their motives as they steal access to people’s credit, (peoples’ energy to produce), creating international securities, aka… bonds, to keep their corporate scheme alive.

Apparently the essence of fraud and swindling started from FDR’S 1933 “New Deal” when Title 31 CFR 363.10 TreasuryDirect accounts were set up, to be administered by the Alien Property Custodian, which is the U.S. Attorney General, who delegated account custodianship responsibility to U.S. Bar Members, who are stealing American blind using the phony U.S. Lawfare Court or COURT system. 

Comprehending Jurisdictions

Comprehending three jurisdictions and which one a living people belong in helped bring things into focus. To keep the three jurisdictions straight use the acronym: L.A.W. (Land Air Water);

• Living people exist on the Land and Soil and people come from and shall return to this jurisdiction.

• MUNICIPAL CORPORATION – Vatican deals with the Air (Spiritual) jurisdiction.

• British Crown Corporation (Territorial) administers the Water (Admiralty) jurisdiction.

All three jurisdictions have service contracts granted and delegated to their “services” for which they owe good faith service of, as they are paid by the people’s unlimited credit. Their service contracts are called constitutions. Municipal and/or Territorial corporations do not have lawful authority over living people.

Deceptive Contracts

Deceptive, quasi-contracts and personage (impersonation) are used to presume living people’s acquiescence and consent are unacceptable fraudulent and they are crimes! Waive any foreign obligations or unearned benefits and retain the absolute right to hold everyone involved in such matters 100% commercially and personally liable for any harm proposed against you, your property or your assets held in trust.

Often corporate ‘government’ actors, executives, principals and agents are guilty of administering deceptive and fraudulent contracts, using color of law to subvert the constitutions and impersonate living people as commercial fictions for profit.

Their schemes take advantage of peoples’ ignorance through semantic deceit “word spellings and spoken verbal deceptions” designed to confuse and betray people. U.S. commercial actors typically operate without full disclosure.

Extremely useful elements to comprehend are valid contracts, and if you are party to one, (which likely there is no valid contract) and the Law of Kinds. Corporations can only contract with corporations, not living people, unless living people consent.

Credit Applications

Where living people typically get bamboozled is when they fill out applications and all applications are in fact, “credit” applications, designed to gain access to peoples’ credit. 

Since corporate agents typically don’t co-sign applications (called unilateral contracts), when things happen without full disclosure, effectively there is no valid contract and if things do not go in their favor, they use plausible deniability.

Being the Fiction

Living people have been conditioned to unknowingly represent (re-present) themselves as corporate ‘agents’ in fictional U.S. Territorial and Municipal jurisdictions, and people are also conditioned to accept false authority by foreign agents dressed in costumes (uniforms).

The brainwashing starts in the public school fool system and progresses via the way our U.S. (not American) corporate society and government service provider agencies are structured. If or when people do not go along with the fraud, the corporation brings in their policy enforcers (police) or military, to coerce and bully people to comply.

As a result, people have been led to believe that they belong in fictional 2D corporate constructs, which can only happen when people consent to participate in the construct.

Consider this… how can 3D living people honestly exist in fictitious 2D paper-based air or sea jurisdictions and how can a fiction have authority over the living?

Deceptive Banking Practices

Digging deeper, it became obvious that for over 100 years, the U.S system (not the American system) has been using a deceptive monetary “banking” system, that uses phony debt to control people.

This “banking” system, created by a few very wealthy international bankers is a privately foreign-owned and operated for-profit, and it forces people to participate in a private foreign-owned and operated corporate banking system, The Federal Reserve, which issues military script (IOUs), not money. 

This Federal Reserve System is a no-win debt-based system backed by the people’s “full faith and credit”. It is designed like the game of musical chairs. There are never enough chairs, just like there is never enough credit to offset the phony debt and “interest” created “borrowed” by U.S. subcontractors.

The “Federal Reserve” is no more governmental than “Federal Express, Inc.” 

This phony monetary system was contrived to pirate real assets and credit from people through commercial banking fraud, manipulated economics, racketeering and coercion. It’s like using monopoly money to buy steal real assets, that the bankers and their friends, manipulate the prices of.

These private, foreign Municipal and Territorial phony bankrupt U.S. corporate government service providers advertise the massive national debt that they created by borrowing the American peoples’ credit, and then they want to pawn their debt off, back on the people they borrowed it from. A key question people forget ask is… since these corporations are using double-entry accounting, where’s the national credit, the other side of the ledger?

The massive credit they conveniently “forget” to mention, and account for, is owed back to, and belongs to the American people, and this is why the U.S. government corporation is going about killing off as many American creditors as they can. One does not have to pay credit back to a dead creditor, correct?

Inland Piracy

It’s a massive crime scene of inland piracy which violates Title 18 USC 1661 – Robbery ashore – those found guilty face automatic life in prison, along with other high crimes, RICO Crimes and War Crimes. Pirates never want to pay back, or give back what they have stolen.

Maximizing Shareholders Wealth

College business administration curriculum teach: “The primary objective of a corporation is to maximize shareholder’s wealth?” Sounds good until one realizes that this philosophy includes impersonating, stealing, bullying, poisoning, killing and maiming living people for profit.

People are the Law

The People are the government and they have authority over their governmental service providers (their employees). Always pay attention to spelling and upper and lower case letters, it matters. By changing a letter of an adjective or letters in words to ALL UPPER CASE, the same sounding phrase when spoken, likely has been set up as a corporation or a corporate instrument.
