Without prejudice to my GOD-given unalienable rights, titles and interests;

i man am created by ALMIGHTY GOD in His image, formed from His earthly dust;

My earthly vessel is not the identity;

Names, numbers, Agencies, Estates and Trusts are not i the man;

i  do not consent to being a slave;

i was never a debtor;

i was never a subject;

The moment my being sparked as a zygote, i am free;

i do not consent to be defined by paper;

i do not submit to fictitious jurisdiction;

i am the breath, the blood, the seed, and the record;

My God-given breath is my liberty;

i reclaim all elements and the estate;

My speech is evidence of life and standing;

My ability to speak, declares my right to speak;

My ability to hear, declares my right to hear;

My ability to write, decrees my right to write;

My rights are inhaled by existence, not issued by false authority;

My God-given right to self-preservation and self-defense, decrees my right to defend myself;

My ability to reason and choose is the hallmark of my free will and God-given volition;

My ability to discern truth conveys my moral faculties and my right to exercise them.
